Daniel Kirchner
Daniel Kirchner, attorney at law, native inhabitant of Poznań. He graduated from the II High School of Gen Zamoyska and Helena Modrzejewska and the Faculty of Law at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. He has been practicing as a lawyer since 2001.
Specialization in the field of:
- civil law - representation before common and arbitral tribunals, preparation of draft contracts, preparation of legal analyzes and opinions
- criminal law - defense in preparatory and court proceedings, representation of entities acting as auxiliary prosecutors
- business law - comprehensive service for business entities also in the area of their creation
- labor law - representation of employees and employers in court proceedings, preparation of internal acts for entrepreneurs and self-government entities
- educational law - preparation of projects for the statutes of educational units, comprehensive legal services, representation of persons employed in educational units in administrative proceedings and before labor courts

Paulina Maćkowiak
Attorney trainee. She graduated from the XIV High School in Szczecin. A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. She is currently in the final year of attorney’s training. Professionally interested in civil and commercial law. Fluent in English. In her free time she likes to travel, read books and cook.
Marta Jurkiewicz
Lawyer. She graduated from the XVI High School of Charles de Gaulle and the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. Intends to attend attorney’s training. She is interested in medical and commercial law. Speaks English fluently. Except professional activity, she focuces on literature, movies and running.
